Fresh and natural cuisine can be the simplest and tastiest. We’ve kept the ingredients in this classic dip to a minimum to keep the flavours fresh tasting.
Serves 4-6.Ingredients:
4 10” tortilla wraps
4 ripe avocados
1/2 clove of garlic
1 red chilli
2 limes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Small handful of fresh coriander
Method:
Cut the tortilla wraps into 8 triangle portions and place on a pre-heated grill pan to toast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones, remove the fruit from the skin.
Place the avocado into a pestle and mortar with the garlic, salt and pepper and crush until smooth. Add the lime juice, chopped chilli and coriander.
Served the toasted tortillas with the dip.
