Ingredients
1 Jamaican gingerbread cake
4 Bananas
1 tin Condensed milk turning into caramel
180ml Double cream
2 tbsp honey
1 Small bar of dark chocolate
Here’s how
Cut the cake into 1cm slices and place in the base of a 20cm loose bottomed tin.
Spread the caramel onto of the cake, followed by the sliced bananas.
Whip the cream up with the honey to a soft peak and spoon on top of the bananas.
Finish with some grated darl chocolate for a taste decoration.
