Ingredients

Thick Greek yogurt
Honey
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
150g honey syrup
30ml of butter
30g flaked Almonds
300g rolled oats
100g raisins
Method
Heat the oven to n 130C
Mix the oil and honey together
Pour in all the remaining ingredients, except for the raisins, and mix together.
Spread out the granola onto two baking sheets and spread out evenly.
Bake for 15 mins, then mix in the raisins and bake for a further 10 mins.
Remove and leave too cool.
Store the granola in an airtight container for up to a month.
Serve with Greek yogurt and berries
