Bursting with flavour, this mouth-watering dish makes a great canapé or starter.
Serves- 6-8.Products used:

Ingredients:
500g chipolata sausages
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp dark soy
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
2 spring onions
2 red chillies
1 handful of fresh coriander
Method:
Heat a splash of oil in a large frying pan.
When the oil is hot add the chipolatas and cook until browned.
Make the glaze by bringing the honey, soy and sesame seeds to the boil in a pan. Simmer for a few minutes until the glaze becomes slightly thick and sticky.
Add the glaze to the sausages and stir until all the sausages are coated. Continue to cook for a few minutes.
Finally chop the spring onions, chilli and coriander and add to the chipolatas before serving immediately as either canapés or a starter.
