Ingredients:
16 whole langoustines
4 lemons
2 tbsp of olive oil
75g butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Method:
Place the langoustines onto a large grill pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the lemons and place them on the grill cut side down.
Place the grill pan onto the heat and cook for 15 minutes on a medium heat.
When the langoustines are cooked, turn the lemons over.
Cut the butter into small cubes and place on top of the shellfish to melt before serving.
