MasterClass Deluxe Stainless Steel Rotary Cheese Grater
Ingredients:
Pesto, 1-2 tbsp per person
Pasta, 90g per person
Toasted pine nuts
Parmesan, grated
Method:
Set a pan of water to boil and season the water well with salt.
Once the water is boiling add the pasta and follow the instructions on the packet to cook.
When the pasta is cooked drain off the water and keep ½ a cup to the side.
Add the remaining water to the pesto to loosen it for the dish.
Mix the pesto with the pasta and serve with toasted pine nuts and grated parmesan.
