Ingredients:
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
24 king prawns without the shells
¼ tsp sea salt
½ tsp paprika
1 handful of flat leaf parsley
1 lemon
Method:
Add the olive oil to a large non stick saucepan
Add the crushed garlic and chills
Add in the prawns, sea salt and paprika
When the prawns turn colour it should take about 5 minutes to finish with parsley and wedges of lemon.
