Sticky, sweet and melt-in-the-mouth, these ribs really do taste as good as they look.

Ingredients:
1-1.5kg pork ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
100ml tomato sauce
100ml brown sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic or cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp coriander seeds
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Method:
Pat the ribs dry with kitchen towel, then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the ribs in two sheets of foil and place on a baking tray in the oven at 150 °C for 3 hours.
To make the BBQ sauce, mix together the ketchup, brown sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic and coriander seeds.
When the ribs are fully cooked and tender remove from the foil.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and cook on a hot BBQ for 5 minutes.
Brush over the BBQ sauce a little at a time. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Brush with more sauce before serving.
