Makes 12 yorkshire puddings
Ingredients:
140g plain flour
4 medium eggs
200ml milk
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth and lump free.
Pour the batter into a large measuring jug and leave to rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into each section of the muffin tin and place in a preheated oven 200c for 10 minutes.
Carefully pour the yorkshire pudding mix into the muffin tin upto approximate 2/3 ‘s of the way up.
Cook the yorkshire puddings for 20-30 minutes and watch them rise.
When the puddings are cooked remove from the oven and carefully turn upside down to drain away any excess oil.
