Warm up with a cup of creamy hot cocoa

As the winter evenings draw in, there's nothing better than sipping on a rich and creamy hot chocolate as a cosy treat - plus it takes less than 10 minutes to make!

 

What you’ll need

Equipment

- A milk pan: MasterClass Can-to-Pan 14cm Non-Stick Milk Pan for Induction Hob, Recycled Aluminium

- A ladle: KitchenCraft Nylon Ladle

- A snug mug: Maxwell & Williams Tint 450ml Snug Mug Mint

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pints milk
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 200g 70% Dark chocolate cut up into small chunks
  • 12 marshmallows

Method 

Place the milk, condensed milk and chocolate into a large saucepan on a low heat.

Stir continually until the chocolate has melted.

Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows.

If you have a blow touch, try toasting the marshmallows for an extra bite of flavour!
