Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
2 cups frozen blueberries
Method
Add the banana and blueberries to a food processor
Blend until a creamy texture is acheived
Transfer to a container
Cover and freeze until ready to serve
Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving
Serve topped with extra blueberries
